We receive a high volume of speaker inquiries throughout the year. To ensure a fair and streamlined review process, all speaker proposals must be submitted using the form below.

Our course selections are made directly by a committee of AzAGD member dentists rather than administrative staff. Please be sure to provide as much detailed information on this form as possible, as this is the primary material our committee uses to evaluate prospective speakers. Follow-up calls or emails to our central office are not required and will not impact selection outcomes.

If your proposal aligns with our upcoming educational calendar and program needs, our committee will reach out to you directly. Due to the high volume of applications, we are only able to contact speakers who are selected. However, all submitted proposals remain on file for consideration for future AzAGD seminars and events.
